1Who we are
GuyPal is a guided directory and discovery app for Guyana, operated by Onenickware. This policy explains how the app treats your privacy.
2We don't collect personal information
GuyPal does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide a name, email, phone number, or any other personal details. We don't track you across other apps or websites, and we don't build a profile about you.
3What stays on your device
To remember things like your saved journeys and preferences, the app stores them locally on your device. This information stays on your phone, is not sent to us, and is removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
4Connecting to the internet
To show you listings and maps, the app loads content from our servers and from a maps provider. As with any internet service, your device's network information (such as your IP address) is used by these providers only to deliver the content you requested. We don't use it to identify you or keep a record tied to you.
5No tracking, ads, or analytics
GuyPal does not use third-party advertising networks or analytics tools that identify you, and it does not show personalised ads. We have no personal information to sell or share, and we don't sell or share any.
6Features we may add later
In future we may add features that involve information you choose to provide — for example, requesting a callback from a service, preparing an official form, or contacting our concierge. Any such feature will collect information only when you actively choose to use it. Before we turn those features on, we'll update this policy to explain what is collected and how it's used, and we'll ask for your consent where required.
7Children
GuyPal is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8Changes to this policy
If we update this policy — for example, when we add the features mentioned above — we'll change the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
